Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- USPS Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days
- UPS Express: 2 business days
Free shipping is available on all orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax).

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) PST, Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
- Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

Placing an Order
You can place orders 24/7 through our secure website.
Once payment is confirmed, we will:
- Process and carefully package your order
- Ship via a trusted carrier (USPS or UPS)
- Send you a shipping confirmation with tracking info.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues (USPS/UPS)
- Weather conditions
- Holiday surges or regional disruptions
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please:
- First check your tracking number and allow extra time during peak seasons
- Then contact the carrier directly to open a claim
